Argan oil is particularly, composed of unsaturated fats, sterols, vitamin E and fatty acids omega 3, 6, 9 makes this oil a good product for health, more and more restaurant uses argan oil food for its taste qualities but also for its dietary qualities.

Extracted at low temperature, it is a virgin oil without cholesterol which gives an exceptional taste to salads, raw vegetables and cooked dishes. Used in the diet, one to two teaspoons a day in the morning on an empty stomach would promote a decrease in cholesterol levels and has an anti-obesity effect by having an appetite suppressant role.

It is a food roasted oil with a nutty taste to be consumed in an extra oil.
